Prof. Dr. Dominique Poulot

His research focus is on: History of collections and museums, cultural history of heritage,
history of the heritage of 18th century art and society. He is particularly interested in the
role of museums, galleries, heritage conservation and art academies in shaping ideas about
national cultural heritage. He is a partner in the EuNaMus project and has conducted research on the role of the
past in European museums
