Online Symposium in Honour of Adam Kendon

With this symposium, researchers worldwide are honouring the great scholar of gesture, speech and sign language research Adam Kendon, who died in 2022.

The symposium was initiated by the President of the International Society for Gesture Research, Prof. Marianne Gullberg (Univ. Lund), Dr. Maria Graziano (Univ. Lund) and Dr. Mandana Seyfeddinipur (Director of the Endangered Languages Documentation Programme at the BBAW). Following their invitation, researchers from Australia, the United States and Europe came together online to honour Adam Kendon's groundbreaking achievements.
