Dr. habil. Elsa Tulmets

Dr Elsa Tulmet's research topics include the sociology and policy analysis of the European Union, the foreign policy of the EU and its member states as well as policy transfers and the circulation of norms. In October, she was part of the panel discussion „Navigating new nationalisms: A new direction for international cultural relations?" at the Hertie School in Berlin.
